We reserve the right to delay processing if additional verification or fraud screening is required.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on destination and availability.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Domestic orders: approximately 5–15 business days after shipment
  • International orders: delivery times vary by destination and may take longer

All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order size and weight

We may offer promotional or threshold-based free shipping from time to time. Any such promotions are subject to change without notice.

Customers are solely responsible for all applicable:

  • Customs duties

  • Brokerage fees

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.


4. ADDRESS ACCURACY

6. SHIPPING DELAYS

Pear Form is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external events.


7. RISK OF LOSS

All purchases are shipped under a shipment contract. This means that:

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you once the order is handed over to the carrier

Pear Form is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after shipment confirmation.


8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable
