Refund policy

At Pear Form, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our Refund, Resend, and Returns Policy below.

Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. Products should be returned in their original packaging with tags and labels intact. Hygiene-sensitive items, such as underwear or swimwear, cannot be returned if the hygiene seal is broken. Items that have been altered, damaged, or used are not eligible for returns.

Return shipping is typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item sent or a defective product. Please use a trackable shipping service for all returns, as Pear Form cannot be responsible for lost packages. International returns may incur additional shipping or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customized, pre-order, or print-on-demand items cannot be canceled after payment.

Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and relevant photos if applicable, such as for damaged or defective items. We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions on how to return your item.

When shipping your return, pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a note with your order number and reason for the return. Ship the package using a trackable method to the address provided. Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after the item is received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges for a different size, color, or style are available, subject to product availability. To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@pearformstudio.com. The exchange process may take up to 14 business days depending on stock availability.

If your item is received damaged or defective, please contact us with photos within 30 days of delivery. Severe damage during shipping will be eligible for a full refund or replacement, while minor damage may qualify for a partial refund or replacement at our discretion.

If the wrong product is received or items are missing, we will offer a full refund or replacement. For size or color issues that do not affect product functionality, we may resend the correct item after receiving supporting proof, such as a photo or measurement.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, a non-delivery certification from your local post office may be required to process a refund or replacement. Claims cannot be processed if tracking information shows issues caused by incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or unclaimed deliveries.

Delays due to customs or postal issues may extend shipping times. Most disputes related to shipping delays are addressed after 60 days from the original shipping date. Pear Form is not responsible for delays or product issues caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or customs delays. Customers will be notified via email if such events affect their order.
